Before any economical quotation requested, our "Customer Service" contacts the
customer by E-mail or by Phone in order to verify if the application of the
OPTEL products requested is compliance with its technical performance.
Suggestion about the best product choice is given.
Design assistance & technical support
If you have a technical question and need design assistance or technical support
and would like help from a system or a fiber optic expert, an Engineer is
available to give you help.
After selling assistance
For product failure & repairing within warranty or out of warranty contact OPTEL
if in Italy, or the representative if out of Italy.
